This Walthers SceneMaster International(R) 4300 Utility Truck with Drill is typical of today's heavy trucks operated by railroads, gas, water and power utilities, as well as city, county and state highway departments.
 
Introduced in 2002 to replace the 4000-series trucks of the 1990s, the medium-duty 4300 was built in three variations and became a very popular chassis for a variety of commercial applications. In 2017 they're still in production as the International Durastar.
 
This model includes colorful utility company logo decals, including several that match Cornerstone(R) structure kits (available separately), sized to fit for quick conversion including Metro Power and Light, Tri-State Power Authority, Northern Light and Power, MidStates Power, Western Power, Tri-State Utility Co. and Southwest Energy.
